Our journey began with the combined expertise of our founders, Rob Mead and Craig Holland, whose backgrounds in investment management and corporate advisory uniquely position us to navigate the complexities of the financial landscape.

Rob Mead
Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer
Rob Mead, our Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, launched his investment career at Macquarie Bank in 1996, quickly establishing himself as a leader in transitioning clients from traditional trading to a long-term, portfolio-focused investment approach.
In 2010, Rob founded Endeavor Asset Management, where under his leadership, the firm’s portfolio strategies significantly outperformed the market, achieving an impressive 193% surplus against the ASX All Ords Accum benchmark over an 11-year period. With a wealth of experience in both Australian equities and diverse investment sectors, Rob's vision for our new venture is built on a foundation of performance and innovation.
Rob commenced his investment market career at Macquarie Bank in 1996. He moved to JM Financial Group in 2004. During his time at Macquarie and JM he was a market leader in moving his clients from traditional trading to a long-term portfolio focussed model that has now become market practice for long term investors.
In 2010 Rob founded Endeavor Asset Management where he was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. From 2010 to 2021 Endeavor’s Long-Only Australian Equities Balanced, Growth and High Conviction MDA portfolios outperformed the ASX All Ords Accum by 87%, 107% and 193% respectively.
In 2021 Endeavor was sold in a partial management buyout. At the time of sale Endeavor had approximately $400M of sophisticated client investment funds under management.
Rob’s investment expertise encompasses the Australian equities markets and non listed businesses. Rob is currently involved in a diverse range of portfolio investments from listed equities to property developments, technology focussed companies and hospitality.
Rob is an investor and member of the Board of Directors of Naturo Technologies Ltd and Standing Room Coffee Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University.

Craig Holland
Director & IC Committee Member
Craig has had extensive experience in the professional services industry and the private business and high net worth family industry. Craig is a former senior partner of Deloitte where he led the Deloitte Private Tax Group and was Deloitte Private’s Chief Operating Officer.
At Deloitte, Craig provided tax and business advisory services to small and medium private businesses and high wealth families. Craig is also the author of the book titled “The Art of Business Succession”.
In 2012, Craig retired from the Deloitte Partnership to pursue his private business interests including corporate advisory. Craig also sits on the board of several public and private companies.
Prior to his time at Deloitte, Craig was an auditor for the Australian Taxation Office where he spent 7 years in the SME and High Net Worth audit teams.
During 2012 and 2016, Craig was on the board of The Good Guys where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and also a member of the Risk Committee. In 2015, Craig was Chairman of the Board Subcommittee (Project Valentine) which was the corporatisation of The Good Guys Retail Group and was also Chairman of the Board Subcommittee (Project Everest) which was the IPO / Trade Sale of The Good Guys which resulted in the $870m sale to JB Hi Fi Limited in November 2016.
Craig has also been on the board of Simavita Limited, a dual listed public company in the digital health industry.
Craig is currently the independent chairman of the Bajle Family Office, the John Hughes Automotive Group and a director of Infocus Wealth Management where he is also Chairman of the Research, Investment and Governance Committee.

Angus Funston
Business Analyst
Angus worked in Deloitte’s Melbourne Private Tax and Legal team from December 2017 to January 2021. He worked with clients to improve their business operations while dealing with a range of tax and financial problems in the short and long term. In addition, Angus created investment and cash flow reports for high net wealth families to improve their reporting and decision-making processes.
Angus has worked with clients to transition to cloud based systems from outdated accounting and financial software databases. Angus has also managed the entire finance function for clients as a virtual CFO.

Craig Ferguson
Investment Committee Member
Antipodean Capital Director of Strategy, Craig Ferguson, formerly worked with JP Morgan (1994-2003) as a currency and bond trader and was Director of Strategy. He was head of their cross-market technical analysis group between 1999-2003 when his group was regularly ranked top three in the world.
Craig was Head Currency Strategist at ANZ Investment Bank between 2003-05, during which time he was the top ranked currency forecaster in Australia according to the Peter Lee Survey.
Since starting Antipodean in 2005, he has correctly forecast major macro cycle events such as the GFC in 2007, the cycle recovery in 2009, the end of the cycle in 2019 into the Covid crisis of 2020, the Q2 2020 recovery cycle and the current cycle deceleration phase that began in Q4 2021.
Craig was Head Currency Strategist at ANZ Investment Bank between 2003-05, during which time he was the top ranked currency forecaster in Australia according to the Peter Lee Survey.

Ben McMahon
Financial Analyst and Risk consultant
Ben is a seasoned investment professional specialising in asset allocation, portfolio analytics and optimisation. With a background in Banking and Finance from Monash University (2014), he began his career in financial planning before transitioning into investment management. At BlueRock Private Wealth, he played a driving role in developing portfolio strategies, processes and proprietary analytics tools.
Now, as a Portfolio Analyst and Risk Consultant, Ben advises family office clients and investment committees, providing sophisticated data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and risk mitigation. His expertise ensures portfolios are robust, strategically aligned, and supported by superior access to financial data.
Kerry Holland
Kerry has performed various sales, marketing and administrative roles over her career. At Generation Private she manages regulatory compliance, marketing, accounts payable and business administration.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.


Joanna Bainbridge
Operations
Joanna has worked at ANZ Funds Management as an Equity Dealer, RBS Morgans in Operations and Endeavor Asset Management also in Operations.
She joined Generation Asset Management in February 2025 once again in Operations where she enjoys interacting with clients and assisting in the smooth running of the back office.
